無功補償裝置的原理和實現形式
安徽得潤電氣專業生產、銷售高低壓無功補償裝置,適用于建材(cai)、冶(ye)金、電(dian)力、化工(gong)、石(shi)油、民(min)建等行(xing)業的變(bian)電(dian)所、配電(dian)室(shi),起(qi)到無功補償提高功率因數(shu)的作(zuo)用。
電(dian)網(wang)中(zhong)的(de)電(dian)力負(fu)荷如電(dian)動機(ji)、變(bian)壓(ya)器等,大部分屬于感性負(fu)荷,在運行(xing)過程中(zhong)需向這些設備提供相應的(de)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率。在電(dian)網(wang)中(zhong)安裝并聯電(dian)容器等無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)補(bu)償設備以后,可以提供感性負(fu)載所消(xiao)耗的(de)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,減少(shao)了(le)電(dian)網(wang)電(dian)源向感性負(fu)荷提供、由線路(lu)輸送(song)的(de)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,由于減少(shao)了(le)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率在電(dian)網(wang)中(zhong)的(de)流(liu)動,因此(ci)可以降低線路(lu)和變(bian)壓(ya)器因輸送(song)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率造成(cheng)的(de)電(dian)能損耗,這就(jiu)是(shi)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)補(bu)償。
無功(gong)(gong)補償的(de)(de)基本(ben)原理一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)輸出(chu)的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)包括兩部分(fen)(fen):一(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)有功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv);二是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。直接(jie)消耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),把電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)變為(wei)機(ji)械能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、熱能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、化學能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)或聲能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),利用(yong)這(zhe)些能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)作(zuo)(zuo)功(gong)(gong),這(zhe)部分(fen)(fen)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)稱為(wei)有功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv),不消耗(hao)(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)。只是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)把電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)為(wei)另(ling)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)形式的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣設(she)備能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)夠作(zuo)(zuo)功(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)必備條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)。此(ci)外,這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)中(zhong)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)進(jin)行(xing)周期性轉(zhuan)換(huan),這(zhe)部分(fen)(fen)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)稱為(wei)無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv),如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)元件(jian)(jian)建(jian)立磁(ci)(ci)場占(zhan)用(yong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器建(jian)立電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場所占(zhan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng).電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感元件(jian)(jian)中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)功(gong)(gong)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)滯后于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)90°。而電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容元件(jian)(jian)中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)功(gong)(gong)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)超(chao)前(qian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)90°。在同一(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中(zhong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)方向相(xiang)反,互(hu)差180°。如果(guo)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)元件(jian)(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中(zhong)有比(bi)例地安裝電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容元件(jian)(jian),使(shi)兩者的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)相(xiang)互(hu)抵(di)消,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)矢量與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)矢量之間的(de)(de)夾角(jiao)縮小(xiao)。
無功補償的具體實現方式:把具有容性功率負荷的裝置與感性功率負荷并聯接在同一電路,能量在兩種負荷之間相互交換。這樣,感性負荷所需要的無功功率可由容性負荷輸出的無功功率補償。這就需要無功補償裝置來實現。
