什么是靜態和動態無功補償

目前,中(zhong)國電(dian)(dian)網的(de)建設和(he)運(yun)行中(zhong)長期存(cun)在的(de)一個問(wen)(wen)題(ti)是(shi)無(wu)(wu)(wu)功(gong)補(bu)償容(rong)量不(bu)(bu)(bu)足和(he)配備不(bu)(bu)(bu)合理,特別是(shi)可(ke)調節的(de)無(wu)(wu)(wu)功(gong)容(rong)量不(bu)(bu)(bu)足,快(kuai)速響應的(de)無(wu)(wu)(wu)功(gong)調節設備更少。近年來,隨著(zhu)大(da)(da)功(gong)率非線(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)負荷(he)的(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷增(zeng)加,電(dian)(dian)網的(de)無(wu)(wu)(wu)功(gong)沖擊(ji)和(he)諧(xie)波污染呈不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷上升的(de)趨勢(shi),無(wu)(wu)(wu)功(gong)調節手段的(de)缺(que)乏使得母線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)壓隨運(yun)行方式的(de)改變(bian)而變(bian)化很(hen)大(da)(da)。導(dao)致電(dian)(dian)網的(de)線(xian)(xian)損增(zeng)加,電(dian)(dian)壓合格率降低。此外,隨著(zhu)電(dian)(dian)網的(de)發展,系(xi)統穩(wen)定性(xing)(xing)的(de)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)也愈(yu)加重要。動(dong)態無(wu)(wu)(wu)功(gong)補(bu)償技術(shu)是(shi)一種提高電(dian)(dian)壓穩(wen)定性(xing)(xing)的(de)經(jing)濟、有效的(de)措施。
另外,靜態無功補償技術在風電場、冶金、電氣化鐵路,煤炭等工業領域的客觀需求也很大。在目前情況下,靜止型動態無功補償裝置(SVC)對于解決各種負載所產生的無功沖擊是很有效的。使電網電壓波動明顯改善,功率因數明顯提高,是一種技術含量高、經濟效益顯著的新型節能裝置。晶閘管變流裝置和控制系統能夠實現這個功能。采集母線的無功電流值和電壓值,合成無功值,和所設定的恒無功值進行比較,計算得到的觸發角大小。通過晶閘管觸發裝置,使晶閘管流過所需要的電流。
SVC是一種靜止無功補償器。靜止無功補償器是由晶閘管所控制投切電抗器和電容器組成,由于晶閘管對于控制信號反應極為迅速,而且通斷次數也可以不受限制。當電壓變化時靜止補償器能快速、平滑地調節,以滿足動態無功補償的需要,同時還能做到分相補償;對于三相不平衡負荷及沖擊負荷有較強的適應性;但由于晶閘管控制對電抗器的投切過程中會產生高次諧波,為此需加裝專門的濾波器。
1.動態無功補償
靜止(zhi)同步補償器(Static Synchronous Compensator,STATCOM)應用了新(xin)一代的電(dian)力電(dian)子器件(如門(men)極(ji)可關斷(duan)晶(jing)閘(zha)(zha)管(guan)(GateTurn-off Thyristor,GTO)、絕緣(yuan)柵雙極(ji)型(xing)晶(jing)體管(guan)(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,IGBT)、集成門(men)極(ji)換相型(xing)晶(jing)閘(zha)(zha)管(guan)
(IntegratedGate Commutated Thyristor,IGCT)和(he)(he)現代控制技術(如逆(ni)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、直接反饋(kui)線性化(hua)等), 具有補(bu)償系(xi)(xi)統(tong)感性和(he)(he)容性無功(gong)(gong)、提(ti)高(gao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)功(gong)(gong)率因數、改(gai)善電能質量、提(ti)高(gao)電力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)穩定性等多(duo)重功(gong)(gong)能。STATCOM自問世以來, 就引起各國電力(li)科研和(he)(he)工(gong)業(ye)界的廣泛重視, 得(de)到了迅速(su)發展和(he)(he)應用, 它是目前用于電力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中性能較好的無功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償裝置,是柔(rou)性交(jiao)流(liu)輸電系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的核(he)心。
STATCOM在(zai)電力系(xi)(xi)統中的(de)作用(yong)是進行無(wu)(wu)功補(bu)(bu)償(chang),維持連接點的(de)電壓為給定(ding)值,提高系(xi)(xi)統電壓的(de)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing),改善系(xi)(xi)統的(de)穩(wen)態性(xing)能和(he)動態性(xing)能。STATCOM是基于瞬時無(wu)(wu)功功率的(de)概念(nian)和(he)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)原理,采用(yong)全(quan)控型開關(guan)器(qi)件(jian)組(zu)成自換相逆變器(qi),輔之以小(xiao)(xiao)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)儲能元(yuan)件(jian)構成無(wu)(wu)功補(bu)(bu)償(chang)裝置。與(yu)現有(you)的(de)靜止無(wu)(wu)功補(bu)(bu)償(chang)裝置(SVC)相比,具有(you)調節速(su)度更(geng)快、運行范圍更(geng)寬、吸收無(wu)(wu)功連續、諧波(bo)電流(liu)小(xiao)(xiao)、損(sun)耗低、所(suo)用(yong)電抗器(qi)和(he)電容(rong)器(qi)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)及安裝面積(ji)大為降低等(deng)優點。
傳統的(de)(de)補償(chang)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)和無(wu)功(gong)電(dian)流的(de)(de)另一種方法是裝設無(wu)源濾波(bo)器(qi),通常由電(dian)力電(dian)容器(qi)、電(dian)抗器(qi)和電(dian)阻器(qi)串并(bing)聯(lian)組合而成,該方法既可補償(chang)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo),又可補償(chang)無(wu)功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)。目前我國常用的(de)(de)無(wu)功(gong)調(diao)節設備仍為機械式并(bing)聯(lian)電(dian)抗器(qi)、投切(qie)電(dian)容器(qi),這些(xie)靜止型調(diao)壓手段,因調(diao)節不連續、響(xiang)應速(su)度慢,很難滿足系統運行方式快速(su)變化時的(de)(de)需求。
另一(yi)種(zhong)調(diao)壓裝置SVC,響(xiang)應速度很(hen)快,但由于呈恒(heng)阻(zu)抗(kang)特性,使得在電壓低(di)時,無法提(ti)供所需的(de)無功(gong)支持,因此應付(fu)突發事件的(de)能力較弱,并且為了抑制諧波,須裝設濾波器,占地面積較大,此外(wai),過多的(de)SVC裝置容易引發系統振蕩。相比(bi)之(zhi)下,新型無功(gong)補償裝置STATCOM則是較為有效(xiao)的(de)調(diao)壓手段,它的(de)無功(gong)電流(liu)輸(shu)出可(ke)在很(hen)大電壓變化范(fan)(fan)圍內(nei)恒(heng)定(ding),在電壓低(di)時仍(reng)能提(ti)供較強的(de)無功(gong)支撐,并且可(ke)從感性到容性全范(fan)(fan)圍內(nei)連續調(diao)節(jie)。
2.無功補償原理:
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網輸出的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率包括(kuo)兩部分(fen):一是(shi)有功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率;二是(shi)無功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率。直接(jie)消耗(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),把電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)變(bian)為(wei)機械能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、熱(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、化學能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)或聲能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),利用這(zhe)(zhe)些(xie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)作功(gong)(gong)(gong),這(zhe)(zhe)部分(fen)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率稱為(wei)有功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,不消耗(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),只(zhi)是(shi)把電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換為(wei)另(ling)一種(zhong)形(xing)式的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)作為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)夠作功(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)必備條(tiao)件(jian),并且,這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)是(shi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網中(zhong)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)進行周期(qi)性轉(zhuan)換,這(zhe)(zhe)部分(fen)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率稱為(wei)無功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)建立(li)磁(ci)場(chang)占用的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)器建立(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)所(suo)占的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng).電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)中(zhong)作功(gong)(gong)(gong)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)滯(zhi)后(hou)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)90°。而電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)中(zhong)作功(gong)(gong)(gong)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)超前電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)90°。在(zai)同(tong)一電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中(zhong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)方向相反,互差180°。如(ru)果在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中(zhong)有比例地安裝(zhuang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian),使兩者的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)相互抵消,使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)矢量與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)矢量之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)夾角縮小(xiao),就能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)達(da)到無功(gong)(gong)(gong)補償的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)無(wu)功補(bu)償與(yu)(yu)諧波(bo)治(zhi)理(li)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)研發成(cheng)功,并投(tou)入批量(liang)生產,可帶來較大的(de)(de)社(she)會效益(yi),目前我國配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)中普遍存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)無(wu)功補(bu)償不(bu)足、布置(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)合理(li)的(de)(de)情況,存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)城(cheng)鄉電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)與(yu)(yu)區(qu)域電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器容量(liang)倒置(zhi)(zhi)現象。10KV電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等級以上的(de)(de)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)用(yong)戶無(wu)功需求量(liang)很大,有效合理(li)的(de)(de)使用(yong)無(wu)功補(bu)償與(yu)(yu)諧波(bo)治(zhi)理(li)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi),對配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)中的(de)(de)無(wu)功和諧波(bo)進(jin)行補(bu)償,不(bu)僅(jin)可以達到節(jie)能降耗(hao)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),還可以減少用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)損(sun)害及(ji)由(you)諧波(bo)引起的(de)(de)事故。
