開關柜中避雷器的工作原理及應用
避(bi)雷(lei)(lei)(lei)器的工作原理(li)簡單的講,就是(shi)這(zhe)種裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)設置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)線路或(huo)電(dian)(dian)氣設備上,當(dang)工作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)正(zheng)常(chang)時,裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)與地(di)是(shi)絕緣的,當(dang)雷(lei)(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)侵入或(huo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)增高,裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)與地(di)由絕緣變成導(dao)通并擊穿(chuan)放電(dian)(dian),將雷(lei)(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)流或(huo)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)引入到(dao)大地(di),限制電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)或(huo)電(dian)(dian)流,起保護作用。雷(lei)(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)或(huo)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)過(guo)后,迅速恢(hui)復原來對地(di)絕緣的狀態,準備再次起保護作用。
現在幾乎都用(yong)(yong)氧化(hua)鋅(xin)(xin)ZnO避雷(lei)(lei)器(qi),氧化(hua)鋅(xin)(xin)ZnO避雷(lei)(lei)器(qi)是(shi)七(qi)十年代(dai)發展起(qi)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一種新型避雷(lei)(lei)器(qi),它(ta)主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)氧化(hua)鋅(xin)(xin)壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)構(gou)成。每一塊壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)從(cong)制成時(shi)就有(you)它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一定(ding)開關(guan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(叫壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)),在正常(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下(即小于(yu)(yu)壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值很(hen)大,相(xiang)當(dang)(dang)于(yu)(yu)絕(jue)緣狀(zhuang)態,但在沖擊(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)下(大于(yu)(yu)壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)),壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)呈(cheng)低(di)值被擊(ji)穿,相(xiang)當(dang)(dang)于(yu)(yu)短路狀(zhuang)態。然而壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)被擊(ji)狀(zhuang)態,是(shi)可以恢復(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de);當(dang)(dang)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)撤(che)銷后,它(ta)又恢復(fu)了高(gao)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)狀(zhuang)態。因(yin)此,在電(dian)(dian)力線上如(ru)安(an)裝(zhuang)氧化(hua)鋅(xin)(xin)避雷(lei)(lei)器(qi)后,當(dang)(dang)雷(lei)(lei)擊(ji)時(shi),雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)波的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)使壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)擊(ji)穿,雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通(tong)過(guo)壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)流(liu)入大地(di),使電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)線上的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)控制在安(an)全范圍內(nei),從(cong)而保護了電(dian)(dian)器(qi)設備的(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)全。
安徽得潤電氣技術有限公司在(zai)高低壓開關柜的生產過程中嚴格遵循避雷器(qi)的使用要(yao)求(qiu)和規(gui)范:
1、10KV或(huo)者35KV的開(kai)關柜(ju),如果有架(jia)空(kong)線路電(dian)源進線或(huo)者出線,為了(le)防雷(lei)電(dian)過電(dian)壓進入,在(zai)母線上安裝避雷(lei)器;
2、在進線(xian)柜上(shang)或者分段柜上(shang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)避雷(lei)器(qi),為了防止(zhi)進線(xian)是架空(kong)進線(xian),引(yin)進雷(lei)電過(guo)電壓,在柜內也安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)避雷(lei)器(qi);
3、采用了開斷(duan)(duan)時(shi)(shi)間很(hen)短的(de)真空斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器(qi)(qi)或者(zhe)SF6斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器(qi)(qi),在(zai)開斷(duan)(duan)小電流的(de)時(shi)(shi)候會(hui)產(chan)生操作(zuo)過(guo)電壓,在(zai)開關柜的(de)生產(chan)中斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)負(fu)荷(he)端也(ye)加(jia)裝避雷器(qi)(qi),同時(shi)(shi)也(ye)防(fang)止了外部進入(ru)的(de)過(guo)電壓。
