到底該不該配無功補償您知道嗎?
安徽得潤電氣研發生產的開關柜產品種類繁多,其中一個系列就是無功補償裝置,那么(me)為(wei)什么(me)要配備無(wu)(wu)功補償(chang)呢?應不(bu)應該配備呢?本文為(wei)大(da)家分享(xiang)一下吧。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源能量(liang)在(zai)通過純(chun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感(gan)或(huo)純(chun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)時并沒(mei)有(you)能量(liang)損(sun)耗(hao),僅在(zai)負荷與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源之間往(wang)復(fu)交(jiao)換(huan),在(zai)三相之間流(liu)動(dong),由于這種交(jiao)換(huan)功率不(bu)對外做功,因此稱為(wei)無(wu)(wu)功功率。一般說來(lai)無(wu)(wu)功功率則用來(lai)產(chan)生用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備所需要的磁(ci)場的,特別是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感(gan)性設備。無(wu)(wu)功功率是不(bu)消耗(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能的。
但沒有它(ta),用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備(特別是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機等(deng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感性(xing)設備)又(you)不能(neng)正常工作。那么,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣線路上安(an)裝無功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償,也叫對線路進(jin)行(xing)無功(gong)(gong)優化交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)在通過(guo)純(chun)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻的(de)時候,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)都(dou)轉成了熱能(neng),而在通過(guo)純(chun)容性(xing)或者(zhe)純(chun)感性(xing)負(fu)載(zai)(zai)(zai)的(de)時候,并不做(zuo)功(gong)(gong)。也就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)說沒有消耗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng),即為無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率。當然實(shi)際負(fu)載(zai)(zai)(zai),不可能(neng)為純(chun)容性(xing)負(fu)載(zai)(zai)(zai)或者(zhe)純(chun)感性(xing)負(fu)載(zai)(zai)(zai),一般(ban)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)混合性(xing)負(fu)載(zai)(zai)(zai),這樣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在通過(guo)它(ta)們的(de)時候,就(jiu)有部分電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)不做(zuo)功(gong)(gong),就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率,此時的(de)功(gong)(gong)率因數小(xiao)于1,為了提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)的(de)利用率,就(jiu)要進(jin)行(xing)無功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償。
無功補償可(ke)以改(gai)善電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)質量,提高功率因(yin)數,是電(dian)(dian)網(wang)采用的節能(neng)措施之一。配電(dian)(dian)網(wang)中常用的無功補償方式為(wei):在(zai)系(xi)統的部分(fen)變、配電(dian)(dian)所中,在(zai)各(ge)個用戶(hu)中安(an)裝(zhuang)無功補償裝(zhuang)置(zhi);在(zai)高低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)配電(dian)(dian)線路中分(fen)散安(an)裝(zhuang)并聯電(dian)(dian)容(rong)機(ji)組;在(zai)配電(dian)(dian)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側和車間(jian)配電(dian)(dian)屏(ping)間(jian)安(an)裝(zhuang)并聯電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)以及在(zai)單臺電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)附近安(an)裝(zhuang)并聯電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi),進行補償。
1、就(jiu)地補(bu)(bu)償(chang):對于大型電(dian)機(ji)或(huo)者大功(gong)率用電(dian)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)宜(yi)裝設(she)(she)(she)就(jiu)地補(bu)(bu)償(chang)裝置(zhi)。就(jiu)地補(bu)(bu)償(chang)是經濟、簡單以及見效的(de)(de)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)方式。在就(jiu)地補(bu)(bu)償(chang)方式中,把(ba)電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)直接接在用電(dian)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)上,中間(jian)只加串(chuan)熔斷器(qi)(qi)(qi)保護,用電(dian)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)投入時電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)跟(gen)著一起投入,切除時一塊切除,實現了(le)方便的(de)(de)無功(gong)自(zi)動補(bu)(bu)償(chang),切除時用電(dian)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)線圈就(jiu)是電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)放電(dian)線圈。
2、分(fen)散補(bu)(bu)償:當各用(yong)戶終端距主變(bian)較遠時,宜(yi)在供電末端裝設分(fen)散補(bu)(bu)償裝置,結(jie)合用(yong)戶端的(de)低壓(ya)補(bu)(bu)償,可(ke)以使線(xian)損大大降低,同時可(ke)以兼顧提升(sheng)末端電壓(ya)的(de)作用(yong)。
3、集中補償:變(bian)電站內的(de)(de)無功(gong)補償,主要是補償主變(bian)對(dui)無功(gong)容量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)需(xu)求,結合考慮供電壓區(qu)內的(de)(de)無功(gong)潮流及配(pei)電線路和用戶的(de)(de)無功(gong)補償水平來確(que)(que)(que)定無功(gong)補償容量(liang)(liang)。35KV變(bian)電站一(yi)般按主變(bian)容量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)10%-15%來確(que)(que)(que)定;110KV變(bian)電站可按15%-20%來確(que)(que)(que)定。
